Why CPS matters in PvP
In block-game PvP, more clicks per second means more chances to land a hit and keep your opponent knocked back. Most competitive players sit between 8 and 14 CPS. Many servers kick or flag players above about 16 to 20 CPS, so check the rules of the server you play on.
Which clicking style should you use?
Jitter clicking (10 to 14 CPS) keeps your aim steady once you are used to it. Butterfly clicking (14 to 20 CPS) is faster but some servers limit it. Drag clicking gives huge short bursts that are great for bridging but hard to aim with. Try each one here and see which gives you the best score you can actually aim with.
How to click faster
Rest your wrist on the desk and click from the finger, not the arm. Try a lighter mouse with a crisp switch. Warm up with a few short tests, then practice the length you care about. Jitter clicking (tensing your forearm so your finger vibrates) and butterfly clicking (alternating two fingers) both raise your CPS, but take breaks so your hand doesn’t hurt.

No. Click Racer is an independent clicking game and is not affiliated with Minecraft, Mojang or Microsoft. It is simply a place to measure your click speed.
